I have to say the experience has been pretty awesome so far. I have had a lot of compliments and likes from people who really got a kick out of the video. It was something I uploaded not to make fun of the kid getting hit by the ball, but more so because I completely related to his reaction. I have seen it time and time again from my 2-year-old son. The minute you ask if they're ok, then the water works begin. The only thing I was bummed out about is how cruel some people are towards the kid for missing the ball. Give the kid a little bit of a break folks.
Anyway, the video is now up to about 750,000 views, and I think I'd lose it if I ended up getting to one million views. I know that may sound kind of sad, but there is something pretty cool about knowing over a million people have checked out something that you personally uploaded and are a part of. It has really inspired me to want to start a YouTube channel to create more content. I have gotten a bit of a subscriber base now with over 100 subscribers, so I know there will be a small audience that will receive my content, it's just creating solid content. That is something I will begin working on, but I'm hoping I can entertain the idea pretty seriously.
The week has been awesome, and it made me love the Internet even more. I've just been having a blast commenting and responding back to people's replies.
